Rainydays and Mondays....

Hello again babes!!
Monday morning in the office...
I LOVE the weather outside. It's so rainy and gloomy!

Fen: Of coz we'll go and support your TNW la! hahaha i wanna hear Marie screaming. It'll be so fun! Anyways San Duo's name is really literally ‘three more’…so it’s the same as the tiong bahru foodcourt! Hahahaha..okok I think I’ll go down one day to see it for myself.

Anyway I’m just gonna ramble k…

First up..movies!! I just watched Hairspray last week. Excuse me while I declare my major crush on Zac Efron sans makeup. Hahahahha..Marie’s right, he does wear A LOT of makeup (and we know this coz we read the same tabloid blogs…hahaha..), but other than that he’s really cute. Did u all know that he’s together with Vanessa Hudgens (his co-star in High School Musical) in real life? So cute right!! Vanessa Hudgens is how gorgeous la!!! I can’t wait to catch HSM2 on Disney Channel! 9th September!!
Back to Hairspray…They show was fantastic. I love musicals!!! I almost watched it with my sister in New York on Broadway…I think it would have been so good to watch it live. But the songs still sounded and looked really good on the big screen too la.
Highly recommended k!! hahaaha..
Oh on an OMG note…Nikki Blonsky (Hairspray lead) actually got to kiss Zac Efron! So NOT hot.





Anybody wants to watch Evan Almighty??? I’ve got the DVD!! So you can borrow it from me k!!! I don’t think it’s really worth going to the theatres to watch. It’s pretty funny in places and stuff but the funniest parts are already in the trailer. Plus the storyline is pretty lame…it’s like compared to the original story of why Noah built the ark and stuff, Evan’s motivations for building the ark seem super miniscule and insignificant. Hahaha…seriously why would God make Evan build the ark for such a reason. And I swear the ‘flooding’ that takes place happens for like 5 minutes. It is literally a 5-minute flood. So it’s quite fun to watch but don’t waste money on it. Borrow the DVD from me!! Can pass to anyone who wants it when we watch TNW.



Ok moving from the big screen to a smaller screen. I just watched this Korean show on DVD that day. I think it’s called ‘A Moment to Remember’. It is SO good. So sad la!!! I think Koreans have a penchant for making over-the-top unbelievable stories somewhat believable and totally addictive. Hahahaha..it’s like how we watch our Korean dramas one after another even though the storylines are similar and even though they’re totally predictable. The Koreans ought to thank God for hunky guys and gorgeous girls plastic surgery. =)
Anyway the show was about the romance between this girl and this guy. But then the girl falls ill and they can’t really be together anymore. But the guy doesn’t want to give up fighting for her…so…you’ll just have to watch to see how it turns out la…hahahhaha…cliché much?



ALRIGHT I think I’ve rambled enough. You can really tell how free I am in the office right…hahahaha…anyway if the post doesn’t turn out right with all the pics and stuff I’m sorry k! coz I can’t edit posts in the office. The editing page doesn’t load for some reason.

anw my life is quite sian... haven started on my fyp cos im procrastinating.... and im taking thai 3 this sem!! which i am so goign to SU of cos. and im also takign some programming for business module which i suck at. so this sem i feel a bit sian. and im taking msot of them alone so im gonna lead a damn loner life this sem!!!!!!!

anw smthg really random, there's a chinese food stall in the food court of tiong bahru plaza and the stall name is san duo. the exact same writing as ur san duo!! issit 3 more literally? hahaha

anw thanks so much for coming down for tnw!!! im very touched!! even darren might not come, we r kinda rocky now so... but nothing major so dun worry! hahaha

Hey girlies! Been a long time since I've updated. Miss you girls like so much can! Unfortunately, I don't have much of a life now, with FYP, horrible tuition schedules and a new guy in my life (HAHA! We're just dating. Nothing official. Shirley, Chrissy, Fen, and Candace should know lah. Will update once the status changes)

Stuff to update:

- I cut my hair, like just and I love it. Refer to my blog for the picture. Shall not load it here or I am really too narcisstic. Yikes!

- I'm looking for kaki-s to watch Rush Hour 3 and Hairspray with me! Oh, Womad and/or Baybeats too? Any takers?

- Fen's performing for The Next Wave! Tickets to be bought via Sistic. Shall we buy together? I volunteer to organise!

To Ryn: You took my blog-hopping throne! Haha. No worries, I've occupied it long enough. Nice to snoop around blogs and read about people's lives huh? Did you read L**a's blog, you know the Temasek Sec schoolmate of ours that was in Tash's class? That's one interesting read, in the bitchy sense I mean.

To Can: How's work? I bet it's crazy and all and I can bet my last dollar that you're not eating properly! :( Can you don't lose more weight my dear girl? If anyone is to lose weight, that's me okay! Miss you lots darling and if you have some time, date me out for coffee at Simei Starbucks bah. I seem to be in Simei 4 days a week for tuition.

To Chris: Glad you like the Serenaide album. You booked your ticket to Taiwan already? Don't go before I get to see you properly k? Don't overwork yourself at Molton Brown as well. Rest properly before you go Taiwan. Don't want to see you burnt out in a foreign land (technically it's not foreign for you but you get what I mean!)

To Hui: My fellow teacher-to-be, I still find it amazing you can take so many modules a sem. *pei fu* I still love going to your blog to look at beauty products but please blog more! I wanna know what's happening. Post pretty pictures of you and Junhan lah! Hahaha! Jia you for your practicum.

To Shirley: My pretty darling, so sorry you had to drive in circles that awful night. I can imagine how terrible it must feel. Yikes! Anyway, seems like you're having not too much fun with your FYP (like me) but hang in there! We'll all make it through this horrible year. Then, we can throw a massive graduation party cos by then, we all have graduated! Hahaha. Oh, I still love your bag lots. It's like my staple bag to school. :)

To Fen: My babe, so sorry you had to wait what seems like a million years for me to get out of freaking lab! You know I much rather be with you than transfer those darned worms! Haha! Ok verrrry long nv come and update already.
So anyways i'm in the office right now!! I've got work to do but it's 4 in the afternoon and i am desperately bored. haha..don't feel like doing work...it's just one of those days..

Nothing much has been going on with my so far..work's been good. =)
It's quite fun working here. PLUS i get to go to bugis street to shop whenever i want. Major brownie point for this place! Oh and if you ever come down to bugis street to shop, you'll have to try the 'cha ye dan' (tea leaf egg) here. OMG it is so good!! one of the best i've had. hahaha..
Ok i know cha ye dan is not something that's really popular with people but i love it. So come and try k!!

Oh since i'm so bored i've been reading all your blogs in the office. hahaa..i look for updates every other day. Yay! it's so nice reading what's going on in your lives..so keep writing k!! except for hui..hahaha..HUI! my mac sucks. I can't read your chinese entries. hahaha..sucks la (not your entries of coz, my mac)..haha..write in english more!!! =)
